    GCC Countries : 3-10 days

    International Countries : 7-20 Days

    All orders will receive a tracking number. You can track your order anytime from our website.


    If you have not received your order within the time above, please do not hesitate to contact us and provide your order number to expedite the process.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept PayPal and Bank Card payments for all countries.

  • Can I change or cancel my order?

    As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 6 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will be denied. Your order can be returned for a full refund after it is received.

  • Can I return the items?  

    Yes, you can return items in their original condition within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that AfiyaGift reserves the right to refuse a refund if the items are returned in a poor condition. (Except Customized Product)

    The cost of shipping the return is to be paid by the customer unless the item is damaged. And the refund will not include any shipping fees paid at the time of purchase.

  • What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

    Please contact us if you have received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

  • Are there any additional charges or customs fees?  

    Customs Duties & Taxes will not be visible or included at checkout but may be present for some countries when the item is received.For all international customers, duties and taxes are their responsibility. Any refused or returned non- personalised orders will be refunded excluding their shipping fee. Refused or returned Personalised items can not be refunded.Please check online or with your local customs office if you are looking for an estimate on how much tax and duty rates your country charges when receiving international orders.
